Dear Rouge is a Vancouver-based band, who won the Peak Performance Project last year.
They decided to run an editing competition with the footage that they shot for the music video for their single “Thinking About You”. They shot loads of footage around Vancouver and uploaded it to Dropbox so that everyone could get hold of it.
After university I had always wanted to be an editor so I thought I should have a go. I cut and graded the video in Premier Pro. I tried to get my head around Speedgrade for the grading but I didn’t have time to learn it properly.

The voting runs from May 13th to May 26th and the winners will be announced on May 27th.
